Agentic Structure v1.0

This is the workflow that produces every other page on this site. Gathering is cheap and parallel, so it runs on short-lived Hermes workers. Judgement is not, so it runs on Claude with a person in the loop. The split is by the kind of work, not by loyalty to a tool.

The current procedure

  1. Researcher — weekly source discoveryRuns Mondays. Follows who our existing sources cite or reply to, scores candidates by topic fit and posting cadence, and proposes at most ten new sources a week. It never adds a source on its own; approval is a human checkbox. adopted
  2. Watcher swarm — daily scanOne short-lived worker per source, running in parallel. Each pulls the last 24 hours, discards anything without a concrete prompt, workflow, tool or benchmark, and files a candidate: title, three-sentence summary, source URL, platform, suggested topic, and what it would take to reproduce. Duplicates are dropped by URL before hand-off, and a failed source never blocks the run. adopted
  3. Organizer — classify and routeRuns after the watchers. Assigns the workflow topic and sub-topic, records which workflow version the item was compared against, and flags whether it could improve that workflow: yes, maybe, or no, with one line of reasoning. A human can override any tag, and overrides are logged. adopted
  4. Project Manager — decide what changesWeekly, and ad hoc for anything flagged yes. Tests or reasons the candidate against the specific step it would replace, then records a verdict: adopted, evaluated, or still watching. An adoption has to name the metric that improved — time, cost, or quality — or it is only evaluated. adopted
  5. Editor — revise and write the diffOn adoption only. Edits the workflow page, bumps the version, and writes the changelog record: kind, the entry it came from, the reason, and a minus/plus diff of the step. It never edits a workflow without a changelog record, and the prior version stays readable. adopted
  6. Publisher — ship and amplifyPublishes journal entries once a verdict exists, pushes the weekly changelog to the Inner Circle, and queues hand-picked posts to X and Pinterest. Hub articles are the only content that ships without this pipeline. adopted

Sub-stacks: Hermes runs the Researcher and Watcher swarm. Claude runs the Organizer, Project Manager, Editor and Publisher. Codex handles site and plugin builds. GrokBot covers X-native monitoring.
