What you get that a subscription does not
Your data stays on your premises, so the compliance conversation gets much shorter. Costs stop scaling with usage — the electricity bill does not care how many documents you summarise. And the setup does not change under you because a vendor shipped a new version.
What we will not do
We will not tell you a local model matches the best cloud model on every task, because it does not. For drafting, summarising, extracting and answering questions about your own documents, the gap is small and shrinking. For hard reasoning it is not. We will tell you which of your jobs falls on which side before you spend anything.
We also will not sell you hardware you do not need. The right box for a five-person office is not the right box for thirty.
